This is my personal view about the idea of legalizing the marijuana (cannabis sativa) as a medicinal plant here in the Philippines. Some of the medical practitioners say that marijuana have something that could cure some disease or inborn disabilities like seizure (epileptic seizure).
I agree about the idea of legalization of medicinal marijuana (not that i'm a user.. i'm not a user of any kind of weed LOL.) but i think that if it's legal they can distribute it to the proper and right people. Some people uses cannabis sativa as a food supplement for seizure.
Even if it's illegal for now, some people still uses it for recreational purposes. If it's legal they can track the user's and it can help everybody who have disease and inborn disabilities.
