3 Easy ways to quit smoking

Cigarettes are one of the legal tool to kill people and Smokers are considered as legal criminals. For they just don't kill their-selves but they also killing people near them. The most common diseases caused by smoking is the lung cancer and tuberculosis. Some people with asthma can also suffer breathing problems if they are in the range of a smoker. Smoking can destroy lives. It can cause diseases to non-smokers. Even a non smoker could have a lung cancer if he/she were always interacting with smokers at home, school, office.


Here are some easy steps to stop the addiction on cigarettes.

1. Evade from Smokers and Cigarettes.
Stay away from people who smoke. Stay away from cigarettes, if you really want to quit smoking you must push yourself to evade any kind of cigarettes or smokers. If you have a smoker on your house you must encourage them stop it. or else you all fucking killing yourselves

2. Make your mouth busy.
You can use a replacement for cigars, like gums, candies and other goodies. By making your mouth busy you can forget the habit of smoking.

3. Find a sport / Enroll on a Gym
Best way to evade smoking is to make yourself busy by playing a sport or push yourself on a gym. it's not just for making yourself busy but it's also for your health. Smokers have lower life span than a person who don't smoke.

Cherry Mobile 'Spark TV' is an expensive trash

recently my mom bought this fucking cherry mobile spark tv.. and i am really disappointed on this device. it's keyboard, camera, and it doesn't have the sensor thing system.. 

i cant play temple run with that shit. it have a 1GHz processor but my 800MHz device perform better than this shit. flappy bird always lag. and the camera of that trash were always on a portrait style just like the other old devices. 

this cherry mobile spark tv is really really a waste of money.. this is a trash that cost 1,890 pesos. it's a fucking trash. when we bought it to the store to complain about the sensor problem, they only said "sorry sir, this device doesn't have that thing" WHAT THE FUCK??? in my previous review about that cherry spark tv shit, i gave a 4 out of 10 rating.. but now.. i will give it 0 as in ZERO.. it's a trash.. a waste of money.. 

this device dont have something good in it. its a TRASH!! if you're thinking of buying a cherry mobile 'spark tv'.. i'll tell you.. SPARK TV IS A TRASH! ITS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

it only proves that human and wild animals can live harmoniously together, if we could take good care of them they can be a great bestfriend, they could treat us as their family, a part of their pride.

conserve nature and protect the animals. we are watchers of these treasures, we must protect and take good care of them :)

Money?? Evil??

Some say that "money is the root of all evil".

I don't think so.. For me it's not the money.. it's in the person, it's in us.. the love for money, the love for the things that could bought by money..

Money is NOT evil.. it's us who are evil.. if you let your desire for money win over what is right then congratulation, you can do great evil things. The desire of material things makes the person love money.

It's not always money my friend, Yeah money can buy us happiness but not all :)

K to 12 Program (PH) - my personal opinion

What is K to 12 Basic Education Program?

The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Here's my opinion

I don't like this system/program. Why? Because for me it add more years for the students. And it requires more funds to support the students. They can't graduate at the age of 20 if they will pursue a 4 year course on college.

A 2 year is a long time for students. And it need money to support it. Not all parents can support it, even the old program still a lot of parents can't support. So we have a lot of "Out of school Youths". And because of that a lot of student may stop in going to school for that reason.

The government don't have much classrooms for the students and they wish to add more classes and schedules? What's wrong with you guys? You must remember that we don't have classrooms for everybody. Think of it first!

They say that "to provide sufficient time for mastery and concepts". That's OK if the parents can support it. If not? Lucky to those students who have parents that can support. Unfortunate to those who can't? That's silly.

I don't believe that it's the length of schooldays makes the students have a job after they graduated. No it's not. The government must have a job for all. Even if we used this K to 12 program but still the government don't provide jobs for the graduates, it's still useless.

Life could be much easier if there's no expectation. It could make life a little bit harder. People expects, that's life. Life is full of expectations. That's why i say that "life could be much easier without expectations".

Some say that life is a joke. Life is joking when they where f*cked up. Other say that it's a matter of plans. They plan every inch, they have the goals and in-order to fulfill it they have to stick to what is planned.
