Roxanne on alleged rape: 'Most horrific moment of my life'

Former pageant contestant Roxanne Acosta-Cabañero, who has accused actor-host Vhong Navarro of raping her in 2010, recalled the alleged incident as the "most horrific moment" of her life.

Cabañero formalized her complaint against the ABS-CBN star last Wednesday at the Pasig City Prosecutor's Office, amid the controversy surrounding a January 22 mauling incident wherein the actor sustained serious injuries.

Speaking with ABS-CBN News' Doris Bigornia on Friday, the 24-year-old Cebu resident said the alleged rape happened during her stint in a pageant in Manila.

She said she met Navarro when she and her fellow candidates visited the studio of "It's Showtime," which the actor co-hosts, to promote the competition.

"May babae kasi sa 'Showtime' -- I don't know her name -- bigla lang niyang sinikreto, na puwede bang hingin 'yung number. Hinihingi raw 'yung number [mo] ni Mr. Vhong. Sabi ko, 'Okay.' And then I just gave my number to this girl.

"Nadala lang siguro talaga ako kasi idol na idol ko siya. Siya iyung pinaka-unang artista na nakasama ko, na kinausap ako. Very first... And then 'yon, nung kinausap niya ako... Nag-text siya sa akin. I can still remember the number. Sabi, 'Hi, ito si Vhong. How are you?'"

GodsWar Online: How to change pet appearance into 8th ReBirth

hey guys. today i will post a tutorial how to edit the appearance of our pets into the appearance of an 8th Rebirth pet. Ready? Ok lets do this.

Note: This will only work if you are using the GW Client.

Procedures:

Step 1: Navigate to this location C://Program Files/GodsWar Online_Facebook/Localization/en_us/Settings/Sys

Step 2: Find the file Pet.xml. make sure its the XML file because there are 2 files named "Pet"

Step 3: Rightclick the file then open it with NotePad

Step 4: Find you pet on the list. You can just find your pet easily. Then look for "Samsara"

Samsara="0" mean that pet with 7 or below rebirth. including 0 rebirth.

Samsara="8" mean that pet with 8 to 19 rebirths performed on the pet.

Samsara="20" means that 20 or more rebirths are performed on the pet.

The appearance of 8th to 19th rebirth is the same with the 20th or more rebirths.

Now change the Samsara="0" into Samsara="8"

Step 5: Dont forget to Save it. (Control + S) then restart your godswar client to see the result

K to 12 Program (PH) - my personal opinion

What is K to 12 Basic Education Program?

The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Here's my opinion

I don't like this system/program. Why? Because for me it add more years for the students. And it requires more funds to support the students. They can't graduate at the age of 20 if they will pursue a 4 year course on college.

A 2 year is a long time for students. And it need money to support it. Not all parents can support it, even the old program still a lot of parents can't support. So we have a lot of "Out of school Youths". And because of that a lot of student may stop in going to school for that reason.

The government don't have much classrooms for the students and they wish to add more classes and schedules? What's wrong with you guys? You must remember that we don't have classrooms for everybody. Think of it first!

They say that "to provide sufficient time for mastery and concepts". That's OK if the parents can support it. If not? Lucky to those students who have parents that can support. Unfortunate to those who can't? That's silly.

I don't believe that it's the length of schooldays makes the students have a job after they graduated. No it's not. The government must have a job for all. Even if we used this K to 12 program but still the government don't provide jobs for the graduates, it's still useless.

People Power? What's the essence of it?

I don't really get why people go to the streets and complain about some politicians who are corrupt. They get hurt and sometimes (often) cause troubles on other people. They cause heavy traffic. They just bring noise and garbages. They say that they're just fighting for what is right. They are fighting for all the people of the nation.

Then suddenly when that politician, (who are kick out from the position) apply for another position in the government, they still vote it. I don't really get the essence of people power if they still chose that politician to become one of their leaders. Do they forgot what that politician did? Or that people power is just a waste of time? A country scandal where a lot of idiots gather together and screwed the day?

Or they just want to put in the headlines, "Idiots, screwed some politicians"? Do it makes our country an idiot friendly country? What you think?

Praying? Begging? Asking?

i had a conversation with an atheist (don't know what is an atheist? ask google :3). then he ask me if i pray.. i said yes. then he said "if God is powerfull what is the purpose of prayer? Begging?", "Human get down on your knees and beg", he added. And then i realize that i pray because i want something (asking). So that atheist help me realize that praying is not all about asking, it's a conversation between you and God. You can tell him thanks or something you wanna say :). 

Wanna tell God what's on your mind? (ooopss i think that's facebook LOL). Just pray :).. Good evening

PS: that atheist is a blessing in disguise for me :) he makes me realize an important aspect of prayer :3

Legalization of marijuana (cannabis sativa) as Medicinal Plant - my personal view

This is my personal view about the idea of legalizing the marijuana (cannabis sativa) as a medicinal plant here in the Philippines. Some of the medical practitioners say that marijuana have something that could cure some disease or inborn disabilities like seizure (epileptic seizure).

I agree about the idea of legalization of medicinal marijuana (not that i'm a user.. i'm not a user of any kind of weed LOL.) but i think that if it's legal they can distribute it to the proper and right people. Some people uses cannabis sativa as a food supplement for seizure.

Even if it's illegal for now, some people still uses it for recreational purposes. If it's legal they can track the user's and it can help everybody who have disease and inborn disabilities.

Life

Life is a series of changes, a constant change. A process where people changes. Some change a lot. They change for the better, some change and it became worst. A man from television said, "no one is constant, everybody change. Change is constant" - Mr. Willie Revillame.

Life could be much easier if there's no expectation. It could make life a little bit harder. People expects, that's life. Life is full of expectations. That's why i say that "life could be much easier without expectations".

Some say that life is a joke. Life is joking when they where f*cked up. Other say that it's a matter of plans. They plan every inch, they have the goals and in-order to fulfill it they have to stick to what is planned.

GodsWar Online FB - How to change appearance

Hola :3 today i will share how to change the appearance of the avatars in GodsWar Online FB Version (IGG). Ok let's get this started :3 Ha Ha Ha!.

Requirements:
Computer - obviously LOL
GodsWar Client
A little understanding and a little part of your brain.

This is the classic look of GodsWar FB version

And this is the New Look

Pretty cool.. right?

So here's the Procedures
Step 1: Navigate to the GodsWar Folder
C:\Program Files\GodsWar Online_Facebook

Note: drive could be different depending on where drive you install your gw client

Step 2: Look for the file "config" and open it.

Step 3: Change the "Avatar=1" to "Avatar=2"

Don't forget to save it (Ctrl + S)

And then you're done :) Restart the client to take effect
